Meet Stephanie Hawley

Creator of High Class Country

I’m Stephanie Hawley, the designer behind Bee Mod Designs. My first Floating Energy Necklace was a turquoise stone on a clear cord, worn near my throat as a reminder to use my voice. That simple beginning grew into a collection shaped by natural stones, personal intention, and my love of High Class Country style.

I’m drawn to pieces with character: raw textures, beautiful stones, Western details, and something unexpected. Through my Rolling Gallery, I bring the collection to people in person. The conversation is part of the experience, and the piece you take home can become a reminder of what matters to you.

Stephanie Hawley is the founder and designer behind High Class Country, a brand that intertwines intention, creativity, and transformation through handcrafted jewelry. Inspired by the strength of women, the raw beauty of the Southwest, and her own journey of healing, Stephanie began creating jewelry that wasn't just aesthetically pleasing but also meaningful. The bee became her symbol: fierce, soft, and sacred. Her creations are more than accessories; they are reminders that your story matters.

Where and how

I work from the Austin and Dripping Springs area of Texas. My business has grown through personal relationships, word of mouth, repeat customers, pop-ups and a mobile gallery.

Turquoise is still at the center of what I make.

My wider creative background includes Mod Makeover, where I help people express themselves through personal style.

The bee and the crown

To me, the honeybee stands for connection, community, courage, creation and being fully alive.

Light, love, possibility, authenticity, abundance and purpose are words I keep coming back to.

The crown is my symbol for guidance and purpose.

The Story Behind Bee Mod Designs

Bee Mod Designs was born in a season of reinvention. As a lifelong creative and stylist, I found myself craving something more soulful — something that blended art, purpose, and healing. I started crafting with my hands again, sculpting metal and stone into wearable energy. Every piece felt like a prayer, a whisper from the universe, a story waiting to be told.

Bee Mod Designs is Stephanie’s jewelry brand, part of High Class Country.

Inspired by the strength of women, the raw beauty of the Southwest, and my own journey of transformation, I began creating jewelry that wasn’t just pretty — it had meaning. Bees became my symbol: fierce, soft, sacred. And from there, Bee Mod Designs took flight.

This isn’t just jewelry. It’s intention. It’s energy. It’s a reminder that your story matters.

Thank you for being part of mine.

Founder, High Class Country

The first Floating Energy Necklace

Stephanie was staying at her mother’s house during a hard season. A good friend of her mother’s had given her mother jewelry-making stones, supplies and tools. Stephanie loved jewelry but had never made it, and her mother encouraged her to sit down and make jewelry. On her first day ever making jewelry, expecting only a hobby, she intuitively made a turquoise Floating Energy Necklace, with the stone at her throat on a nearly invisible cord. Only afterward did she learn about the throat chakra, its color, and turquoise’s traditional associations with truth and communication. The hobby grew into Bee Mod Designs and the wider High Class Country world, and today she often wears her own work as a “walking billboard”.

Stephanie hand-selects every stone and crafts each piece with care, giving her jewelry the feel of a personal talisman. Customers often say her work feels like a quiet companion — reminding them of their voice, power, and beauty.
