Shipping & returns

Each piece is made by hand and made once. That is why every piece has its own number, and why a piece that sells is gone from the shop. Colors and stone patterns can differ a little from your screen, because natural stone is never identical.

• Standard shipping (USPS): $6, and free on orders of $150 or more.
• Local pickup in Austin: free. Stephanie will email you to arrange a time and place.
• Every order ships from Austin, TX, packed by hand. You will get an email with tracking when it goes out.

Estimated Texas sales tax (estimate, pending accountant review). Sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

At checkout we accept major credit and debit cards. In person and by appointment, Stephanie also accepts Venmo, Cash App and cash.

We want you to love what you bring home. If a piece is not right, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a return or exchange. Pieces should come back unworn and in the condition they arrived. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost unless the piece arrived damaged.

Custom and made-to-order pieces, and gift cards, are final sale.

Natural stones and leather like to be treated gently. Keep your piece away from water, perfume and harsh cleaners, and store it on its own in a soft pouch.

We use your details to fulfill your order and to reply to your messages. If you choose to join the list, we will send occasional emails about new pieces, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell your information.
